We took our dog to the East side location yesterday because I was very impressed with the veterinarian who had helped us during a previous visit and wanted to see her again. After examining our dog, she explained that his kidneys were failing and recommended euthanasia. We were given some time to think about it, and I asked several times if she was confident in the diagnosis and recommendation before we made the heartbreaking decision to move forward. Unfortunately, the experience afterward felt incredibly cold and impersonal. During one of the hardest moments of our lives, there were no comforting words or compassion shown. After our dog was put to sleep, the vet simply left the room without saying anything. We left feeling shocked, disappointed, and deeply hurt by how the situation was handled. It has honestly made me question whether we made the right decision at all, which has only added to the pain of losing him.

Had my kitten spayed and she pulled out her stitches. The on call was amazing at helping determine if I needed to go in and when I did have to go in for an emergency visit they were fast efficient and great.

For the West side clinic: I took my two Sphynx kitties there for 17 years, and my toy poodle for 13 years before that. I’ve always felt that all the staff and the doctors treated my beloved pets with kindness and gentleness, and their care has been excellent. I adopted two male kittens recently, and one of them ate a prescription pill of mine. Big owner error! 😬 I looked it up online, and it was definitely an emergency situation. This was after hours. Dr. Huber met us at the West side and induced vomiting. The capsule was already dissolved, but we could see tiny white grains of medicine from the capsule. What a relief!! She took excellent care of Zeke very quickly, saving his life. I was beyond grateful! 5 cat hearts! 😻😻😻😻😻
